Each user can set up Mail Forwarding. Each incoming message can be automatically forwarded by Auromail.net to one or more addresses specified by the user. In addition, the user can choose (1) to leave the messages in his Inbox on the server or (2) to delete them after they have been forwarded.

Each user can set up an auto-response message: A message that the user stores with Auromail.net is automatically sent out “from” the user in reply to each received e-mail. This is a useful if you are going on vacation or are out of your office and want to acknowledge the receipt of every e-mail during your absence.

You can also configure this feature to delete the incoming message as soon as your acknowledgement is sent out! If you do so, you will never even come to know who sent you e-mails during your absence.

Other mail-handling options include checking of external POP accounts, e-mail notification to a different address, and e-mail processing rules.
