If you forget your password, you can use your secret question-and-answer combination to automatically reset it:
| 1. | Go to the Reset Password page on the Auromail.net site (http://auromailnet.mail.everyone.net/email/scripts/hints.pl). |
| 2. | Enter your User name and First and Last names. Click Continue. |
| 3. | You will be prompted with the secret password question you entered when you last changed the password. |
| 4. | If you respond with the correct answer, your password will be changed to a random one generated by the system – which will be displayed to you. Note down this password. |
| 5. | You can then use this password to log into your account on the Web and then change the password to one of your own choosing. |
If the above process does not work because you cannot remember the answer to your secret question or the First/Last Names do not match, contact me. I will change your password to a temporary password which you can then change to one of your own choosing.
