Usage guide: Changing your password

1. Log into your account from the Webmail interface or by using the login box on the top left of this page.
2. Click on Options (on the left).
3.

Click on Password (under Your Information). You will be required to type in the old password and the new password you want to assign to your account. Passwords have to be six characters or longer. Passwords are case-sensitive. For example, “foobar” is different from “Foobar”.

You will also be required to type in a question and its secret answer. Select a question to which only you know the answer. This information will be used if you forget your password.

4. Click Save. Click Logout (on the left) to exit.

Your password is now changed. Don’t forget to reconfigure your e-mail software with the new password.
